Working at PaperCut - One Year On

Pros

"This review is NOT a paid production on behalf of PaperCut". Although they do pay my wages, so I guess that technically it is. My siblings comment all the time that they have never seen me happier in a job, and this is definitely true. The standard perks like unlimited coffee, release donuts, birthday cakes and Friday beers are great. But the heart of this business though are it's people, and I've never worked with a crazier, more creative, more dedicated and more lovable bunch.

Cons

We don't have enough musicians willing/able to get involved in the Agile Battle of the Bands. Drummers please apply.

It started very good

Pros

Great people if you are work in Australia. The company set up meetings with employees of all departments for you what is giving you a family feeling and and overview about the people that working there as well as their positions. Bonus is payed to all employees. Great culture and activities outside work are organized regularly. The company has a full loaded kitchen including ovens, hobs, sandwich-toaster, microwave, barista coffee machine.

Cons

To much changes in the company infrastructure/management in a to little amount of time. Due to this many people left the company and with the people leaving the company looses it character.

Get to work with fun and intelligent people. Exposed to great individuals who care about the work they do and exciting technology. They make everyone feel like family, employees and customers a like!

None that I have come across
