- Satisfying day to day - Met and worked with so many fantastic people - Environmentalism at the core of the company

Cons

- HR makes decisions that benefit the leadership team at the expense of the workers - Commitment to diversity is largely lip service - Sometimes prone to micromanagers - Has large groups of long time and new employees but lacks people in the middle - Can be stuck in it's ways
