      Continentals give you a lot of days off, Coworkers are nice and easy to get a long with on nights.

      Cons

      When your machine is not running they have you run other machines with minimal training.

      From my first day walking in, the people make it a great place! Having great team members is very important and this group is spectacular!

      Cons

      Having so much turnover with people not wanting to come to work makes it tough on the majority of the team.
