Pros

Once you get over the 12 hour shifts, the extra days off every other week is really nice and the work isnt hard

Cons

-Management is full of narcissistic power hungry a-holes who want nothing more than to treat you like a machine the entire 12 hours -Seriously, they actively let go of people, yell and threaten to fire you over the most trivial of things -Chances are when you're hired on you're going to be making less than a person who works at McDonalds these days because they normally force you to go through a temp agency -The factory is clearly downsizing due to slow business, and business is slow because they keep rushing orders, invalidating their "get it right the first time moto" and they keep rushing and messing up orders because of clueless management and they continue to hire unqualified people to fill the positions of the people they keep on firing
