Pros

Growth, new machinery, investing in the location

Cons

Some of the management...which you have where ever you go. With that being said, other management is fantastic!

Pros

Company likes to implement organization and "Planning ahead".

Cons

Management can not organize or plan ahead anything. plans change every 5-10 minutes (not exaggerating, this is true). higher turn over rate in management than employees. in 2 years there has been 4 production managers, and 3 GM's. Nothing is consistent. every new "Boss" is lower in IQ and higher in aggressive attitudes towards employees. most decisions make no sense at all. Everyone except management is forced to work 6-7 days a week (8-12 Hr shifts), while management can leave early and only work 5 days a week (some even work from home when they should be present).
