Pros

Reasonable wages. Pretty safe. Generally a stable company.

Cons

A lot of 'by the seat of your pants' planning. Lack of overall plan. Changes made without planning for related work that will be needed. Management is ok on personal basis, but lack the desire or authority to enforce accountability.

Pros

Was close to home, was able to meet great people

Cons

Long hours, short breaks, bad management, low pay, empty promises and to much favoritism. Does not know how to promote from with in the company. You are just a warm body to help make the numbers needed. Management/ leads need to be on the production floor more when problems arise.
