Pros

Wadges are decent, most of the staff on the floor are great people, benefits are not bad.

Cons

I was with the company for more than 25 years. The Kitchener facility has a very toxic atmosphere that management does not help with it starts with the clear favoritism within the management and Team Lead staff and filters right out on the floor. This allows for no room for the hard workers and great employees to be able to advance as these people do nothing but pull you down and make your working day to be long and miserable. Many people that do nothing all day long and as soon as they are expected to pull their weight make the atmosphere even more toxic. Overall all the company cares about is the numbers and the bottom line. They treat more like a number then a human being. All day you are bombarded by office staff coming on to the floor for so called safety chats and GEMBA walks and all they really ask about is your numbers and god forbid you are not achieving them they want to know why and do not care about anything else!!!!!!
