Not fair to employees. Senior people working night shift. Company chooses who they want to work days. Changed work schedule to 12 hrs from 8 hrs and took away vacation days...

Had a strong sustainability program and some HR managers who really cared but unfortunately executive management limited their actions and finally cut them

Cons

Owned by an equity firm they turn over CEOs every 1.5 when they fail to return less than 30% profit (in an industry that typically only turns 3-5%). This prevents any vision or long term consistency and is ruining any reputation the firm has.
