Pros

Decent pay and work life balance

Cons

I’m quitting The Bonus they offer is fake. You will not get it. The sign in bonus is fake too. Will not happen. You will be micro managed. Even the lead operators will have ultimate authority over you. Ones with no mechanical experience or electrical will be able to tell you how to do your job. Even operators that have just been there a while will think they are bosses. Example. When a service tech specialist came in because there was a major break on a machine he came over to us and said “ what are you guys doing here and you can’t be here” he went to a supervisor and had him question us as to why we’re were in the machine. We were fixing the machine like we were told to do. When you change so much as an air hose an operator will come to tell you when and why to lock out. One day that had us outside for a gas leak in 91 degree heat for two and a half hours. They wouldn’t let us leave by force. I had my wife bring water for us because they didn’t supply it and they had a machine operator standing at the exit of the parking lot lot and told him to stop her and he physically restrained her from driving. She had to call the police on him. HR had another man there refusing to let my wife leave until he gave her his number. HRs way to retaliate against me. They will tell you where to eat and when to eat. When you can go outside and when you smoke. They want control over your home life and work life. Weirdos.
