Stressful at times but worthwhile because of coworkers

Pros

Most of the servers get along with each other. The pay isn't awful for an entry level job. You can basically work whenever you want, because shifts are always available or getting taken.

Cons

The clientele generally sucks. The restaurant is priced like a fine dining establishment yet its decorated like a chain restaurant, and the servers are typically new/not used to fancy dining. All of this leads to a unrealistic price point where the clientele is generally dissatisfied with their bang for their buck.

Pros

Coworkers are nice and welcoming, head manager is a great person. Fast paced action. Its a overall nice place to work.

Cons

Some managers are very one sided about things when it comes to problems, they also tend to blame newer employees for mistakes. They also tend to yell and not take anyone's emotions into effect. There was also way to much hiring causing shortness of hours

Pros

The food and drinks served there are delicious, so the discount is nice. The people they hire tend to be very friendly.

Cons

The clientele is not classy and your tips will reflect it. In addition, the restaurant is constantly unprepared for the high volume... lack of napkins, sauces, silverware etc
