Higher than average guest count = Higher than average (generally) tips. If you are able to stand it, the "hourly" wage is higher than other jobs, and the schedule can be flexible.

Cons

The (current) management staff is disrespectful and incompetent at best. The high turn-over in both the management staff and entire employment staff, speak for themselves. Those who are properly "Pappa-tized" may make it, provided they properly pass blame to others, are entirely self-serving, and are willing to settle for mediocrity.
