Good place to work if you are a student

Pros

They give you a permanent schedule so if you are a student you don't have to worry about changes.

Cons

If you need one of those days off you have to find another employee to cover that shift, and have a manager sign it, this can cause problems, because a lot of employees don't want to cover your shift unless you pay them.

Pros

Tips are generally pretty good, usually it's not difficult to get time off when there's a family or social event that you need to attend (simply sign in the book)

Cons

Advancement opportunities are generally not very good. Management was poor often bringing in too many employees on slow days and not letting any go home (which just makes everybody unhappy, we work for tips!)
