Literally no where to go. Favoritism. Implementations without testing. No loyalty anymore. Top heavy.

Amazing culture from day one! Onboarding/New Employee Training is one of the best I have had~ Tools provided to be successful to do your job~ Value and respect work/life balance~

Cons

At this point, I do not have anything negative to say. It has been one of the best career moves I have made in my 27 years as a Nurse.
