Too many to mention. The entire experience was terrible and its hard to put sentences to my disgust at that place, but to name a few:
- Leadership hires incompetent employees in order surround themselves with a lack of understanding (relating to technology or delivery of systems)
- Strange work environment. Most people there have not worked in traditional SDLC roles and they make it up as they go along.
- Slow to resolve issues, but management complains about the lack of solutions being provided.
- Culture is based on the friends you make and not the effectiveness of the employee.
- Work is highly stressful given the nature of the software(s)
- Good ideas are not listened to. Even if they would bring new revenue streams for the company. Most likely, you will get laughed at.
