      Good company to work at

      Pros

      Great culture to work in, very employee friendly. Good, smart people around you that are willing to help out new people learn as they go.

      Cons

      Steep learning curve if you are new to the window and door industry. Some long hours and occasional weekends if one of your clients has software issues, even if they created it.

      Great Opportunity, If Leadership Can Lead

      Pros

      We are starting to pay more attention to internal priorities, which will set us up for external success. The culture of fun is superior to anywhere else I've seen.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn't expect much from employees. The bar for success is pretty low. What happens is the high achievers get promoted into management or they get frustrated and flee the company. Either way, the bulk of the workforce is people who are content to do the bare minimum or couldn't cut it at more competitive/demanding companies.

I am glad to hear you enjoy our fun culture here :) I am happy to tell you, we have recently started a formalized on-boarding/training program for our new hires and I think this is going to help us immensely.       Pros

      One of the best places I have ever worked. Lots of social activities and great people. Real sense of team here. Management cares about you. Flexible work schedules and able to work remotely when needed.

      Cons

      Sometimes customers drive decisions that are not in the best interest of the company. Company needs to pay more attention to this.
