      Pros

      -Amazing, SMART colleagues who you can learn something new from every day, people that are enjoyable to be around, and travel with. -a great leadership team that genuinely cares about employees and their happiness -ability to change roles within the company, move up, take on more responsibility or try something new in a new department or on a new team -investing in R&D/new products -ability to work remote -fun company events

      Cons

      Tightly staffed in some areas due to considerable growth, however I see that changing over time- actively working on hiring in those areas.

      Pros

      - Work with very bright and caring people - Partner with some great customers, including the biggest names in the building products industry - Opportunities with exciting new technologies and products - Awesome office space - Having fun is a big part of the culture

      Cons

      Accountability is really important here. Those with a strong sense of it excel here. If you lack motivation to do your job well, or don't learn from mistakes, you will struggle. Strong workers are acknowledged, they stand out, and they're rewarded.

      Pros

      - great culture and events, better than a lot of other places around, pretty smart/cool group of people. Free food is common. - competitive pay, if you can stick out and make yourself invaluable. Might have to fight for it a little bit. - I gained a wide variety of experience here, and they give you the freedom to explore other positions - hardly a dull moment in Services, which can be a good or bad thing (see below) - I'm not sure why someone was complaining so much about the "PSM experiment", some are good some are mediocre just like any company. - The CEO is pretty sharp and easy to talk to.

      Cons

      - working in Services can be stressful, but its more related to your management than anything. It also depends on the week. - timetracking in services, like other reviewers mention, sucks. Lots of discussions around billability but its the nature of the business.
