there's a high turnaround for employees (only a few months) and management does very little to support

Every shift I worked, my superiors allowed me to work on my own without micromanaging. That was a big difference between the Paradigm and the other treatment centers I worked for. The upper management was trusting of its employees. I felt like I worked in a family atmosphere and my time spent there was greatly appreciated.

Cons

I've thought about the cons from having worked there and none come to mind.
