Paradigm allows you to bring in your own experiences with being supportive by your co workers and management. You get to be very involved in decision making and the treatment of the youth. Its such a fun workplace and to see the youth become young adults and build their toolboxes of coping skills.

Working at Paradigm is the best of both worlds- I love what I do and I'm treated well by my employers. It's a stressful job to be a therapist at times so feeling supported by your work environment is so important. We get to eat amazing food cooked by our chefs, go on fun outings, and I always feel like my team is looking out for me! I truly enjoy going to work everyday and feel lucky that I can brag about what a great job I have!
