Pros

Consistent work. Annual bonus. Overtime. Friendly employees. (For those that make work enjoyable)

Cons

Work holidays. Monthly shift change from days to nights. 12-hour shift. Machines run 24/7. Always short-staffed. Absolutely no room for growth.

Pros

the pay is kinda alright for the area

Cons

supervisors will yell and cuss at employees, hr and plant management will say it never happened "they would never" production schedule is 12 hour shifts rotating 2-2-3 shipping schedule is allegedly 7-3:30 mon to Fri, but they've had to work 7am-11pm multiple times recently they fired 2 people and won't post their jobs because "hiring freeze" but another got in a bad accident outside of work and they posted his job the next day they don't do proper forklift certification, if you're breathing you can drive a lift, which is why they had two forklifts get in a t-bone accident last month their pay scale is so bad they had employees fist fighting in the plant over who gets paid what overall hostile work environment
