      Pros

      Laid back, good benefits, they pay overtime even while you're on salary. If you don't know how to do something there's always help. The designers and structures engineers sit across the way and you can always talk to eachother. Free coffee all the time and bagels on Friday

      Cons

      Boring. No room to grow. It's a good job if you're just starting out, retired and bored, or moving to Florida to get a feel of the area and will retire soon

      great co-workers that support each other and create a fun/productive working environment. competitive pay and benefits for the area.

      Cons

      ownership is their own worst enemies, they hire talented people with experience and then they can't give up control to let those employees help grow the business. The ownership also makes too many decisions based on emotion instead of business needs.
