Pros

Good benefits package, 401k, FSA, medical, dental, vision etc.

Cons

While public image is of a caring, people friendly place to work, individual work groups can be autocratic, abusive and mean spirited.

Pros

Flexible hours for the most part, minimal amount of work, lots of events and parties

Cons

Leadership has been in their same jobs for 10+ years, very limited business knowledge, only know the MTV way to do business, entitlement at VP level, lack of respect for employees below VP level, lots of yelling and blaming, lack of integrity, take credit for others work, speak down to employees, just an awful place to work if you have any business experience at all. If it's your first job, you can probably survive, but if you have any tenure of business experience, run.
