      Pros

      Sightings of celebrities throughout the building. All floors have different designs which is pretty cool.

      Cons

      Management shows favoritism without shame. It's pretty obvious and insulting. Salary sucks. It's not all glitz and glamor here. If you're not a brown noser don't bother coming here.

      The free will to do what I want at this job is outstanding. I basically manage myself which is terrific for personal growth.

      Cons

      There are way too many to list. Just to name a few: No employee recognition or retainment No opportunity for advancement Horrible business model Incompetent management The wallet is always closed

      Cutting edge of internet content. Good working conditions. Latest technology. Flexible working hours. Sense of community, especailly when sites are updated, highlighted or new content released.

      Cons

      Changes made without clear instruction/ effect on work at hand. Plan department meetings near the middle of the month interrupt month end activities. Full resources to complete projects in the scheduled time.
