Pros

There is a lot of collaboration between departments, bagels on Friday, and the annual holiday party is really fun.

Cons

Long unpaid hours, not room for growth, unabashed favoritism, rampant sexism and sexual harassment, lack of HR help or involvement, an annual 1-3% raise (enough to see a movie each month, yay!), lack of consequences for execs and VPs, no growth unless someone chooses to vacate a position, unfair allocation of resources, and terrible management—and that's just the start.

Pros

Lots of opportunities with all the changes going on (if you make it)

Cons

Highly fragmented company, hard to navigate. People stick to 'the way we've always done it' even if the old way is painful.
