Pros

The culture of the company has drastically drifted to the worst. Not a promising place anymore.

Cons

If you ask me, it is very unethical to fire people on their second day just because you want to bring in somebody from your previous workplace. that's like playing with people's lives. Many people around me (and me) were visibly upset when that happened. It was very chaotic day.

- Parcel Pending is listed as one of the top workplaces to work for in Orange County, California - Parcel Pending truly cares about all the employees and their well being - Parcel Pending is a very young and enthusiastic company with a lot of potential for growth and provides lots of opportunities for promotions within the company - Parcel Pending employees are team oriented, helpful and welcome new staff with a great attitude - Management is really responsive and welcomes feedback - They promote a work and life balance - They have a play area with a ping pong table, supplies of snacks, food, birthday celebrations and special internal celebrations
