Pros

Employees are great. Management is working to make us more efficient. I see improvements in processes and addressing employee concerns. ParentSquare is a fully remote company. I work with people from all over.

Cons

There are internal struggles and it's hard to fix some problems. I do see progress and people trying to fix the issues after suddenly expanding the employee base with the Remind acquisition at the start of 2024.

Pros

Remote position with a strong supporting online team environment. Great equipment to do your job. Excellent job resources and role training. Cross-collaboration and idea-sharing opportunities between teams & departments. Local area meet-ups and work days. Great benefits and annual incentives. The leadership has a real vision. The company is led by real people who care about their employees and show it. I've been with ParentSquare for almost a year, and very excited about my future here. I have recommended working with ParentSquare to all of my friends and relatives.

Cons

Remote work - need to be someone who is OK with working from home by yourself, as opposed to being in an office all the time.

Pros

There are so many pros to working at ParentSquare. They truly care about communication solutions in K12 education. Everyone is passionate about providing the best product or service and definitely gives a purpose behind the work. Also, they care about our work-life balance. Often reminding us to take what we need, get fresh air, and step away from the desk from time to time. They do a great job building camaraderie with a remote team and management is always open for feedback.

Cons

I can't think of any!
