A growing company, Good product & benefits. People mean well & technology is good.

Cons

Very poor communication from leadership. They have growing pains, but leadership lack of communication leads to high levels of turnover. Potential to be an amazing company if they get this right.

Nimble and flexible, able to adapt and change Transparent- company meeting every two weeks, you always know high level what the direction is, what top priorities are Fantastic founders who have a higher purpose/mission behind the business Dogs in the office when we're in the office (pandemic time right now) Looked after with snacks, company happy hours/lunches, given good tools - standing/sitting desk, decent computer/gear.

Cons

Moving from small-startup feel with fewer processes to more established, growth phase company so need to adopt more Marketing platform tools, establish processes, dashboards, so we can scale the team further.
