Pros

Great product, easy to sell/market something that is truly good. Lots of opportunity to take initiative, help shape processes in the marketing and lead gen space.

Cons

if you love a corporate/large company environment, established processes, explicit instructions for everything it's not the home for you. If you are comfortable with a fast growing company and able to self organize, spot opportunities, solve problems that come up as part of a cross functional team, you'll like it.
