Cons

ParentSquare has become a large company, but still operates like a startup which is amazing. Everyone is approachable and willing to help or brainstorm.

Pros

ParentSquare has values that are actually important and more than lip service. There are policies in place to support work-home life balance. I have never felt more mentally healthy and supported than at ParentSquare.

Cons

None really; whenever I have feedback, I share it with my manager and it is addressed and shared with upper leadership.
