This department is run by people who don't know how to manage. The idea of globalizing the department was usurped by the need for the department to be run out of the Berlin based office. No matter how hard you work to meet work demands and please the client you are not considered good enough to work for this team outside of Europe. Their expectations were for the team to be paperwork pushers while they were "managing" everything. Very hostile work environment.

Lack of leadership, unmanageable workload, inept management, hostile partnerships, negative blameful environment, inefficient and outdated processes and tools, lack of training, unfair reviews, non-existent merit increases, subpar cost of living increases, no bonuses or acknowledgement for extreme overtime hours, no advancement opportunities
