      -The company cares about its people with great benefits, PTO, and career development -Your mentors really work with you to get you promoted as quickly and easily as possible -A career plan is laid out for all employees making it very easy to figure out how to move up in the company -We have big-name clients that we work for and do interesting and challenging work for all of them -There are enough opportunities that, over time, you become good at a little bit of everything

      -Pariveda Solutions vets out the weaker players in the hiring process, making the entire on-boarding experience VERY long

      This is a company of problem solvers. We challenge each other to be better. There is a family-like mentality where people genuinely care about the success of their team as much, if not more than their own. Promotions are merit-based and based on transparent expectations.

      Cons

      There are times when we forget to say ‘thanks for all you do’ to our employees.

      - Variety of technical work - Genuinely friendly and nice employees - Good geographic location - Community outreach - Very transparent company

      Cons

      - Onboarding process needs some work - (Depending on your preference, this could be a pro or con) Flat structure means very little oversight. Not many people who are around and can answer your general questions regarding company policies, process standards, etc because everyone is at a client
