Furthermore, each employee has a clearly defined career development path that does not rely on "who you know" to earn a promotion. This is the most exciting place I've worked and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon.

Management consciously focuses on how to foster professional growth, and intentionally staffs employees in roles that will allow them to be challenged - Consulting with relatively little travel required. Onsite face-to-face interaction with the clients, but it is generally limited to your home city - Generally pretty interesting projects (you won't be on a staff aug project)
