There isn’t any structure and poor leadership as far as accounting goes. A lot of unprofessional behaviors. Most managers need management training.

There are no pro's.. absolutely none

Cons

Poor Management. Allowed for bullying and intimidation to happen and then they promoted the Bully. Too busy acquiring locations and not setting up necessary processes to serve the customer and taking care of their employees! Many quality manager's have left the locations because of Senior Management!

I did not experience anything positive here.

Cons

Poor management and a toxic work environment. Management is inexperienced and extremely under qualified, and often times absent. Inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from management is not reprimanded. Personal information about employees salaries and job performance was shared openly in group team’s meetings. Lots of micromanagement and no clear procedures and policies. No opportunity for advancement. Run away from this place!
