Leadership makes every effort to build genuine connection with all layers of associates. Training, education, and development are made a priority. The company is growing and has numerous advancement opportunities.

Cons

After two+ years of working here, I'm still looking for cons.

Cons

Hours. Can be very top heavy towards management a lot of times.

Pros

Invests in employees from the very start. Cares about ensuring quality candidates join the team. Solid company culture. I feel that people enjoy their jobs, and it shows through our interactions. Work/Life balance is respected and refreshing.

Cons

All good so far. And I usually like to complain, so that's saying a lot.
