Location. Fort Wayne is a great place to raise a family. The schools are marvelous. Parkview is a respected employer and Parkview Employees automatically enjoy better credit-trust with local business because of this. The work load is not heavy and the career advantage from working at Parkview is a little above average. Parkview is a good place to park while you are raising a family. But to build a good career one has to look elsewhere.

Cons

The work load and projects is not enought to build a good career. Parkview is a good place to park while you are raising a family. But to build a good career one has to look elsewhere. I did and more than doubled my income working on career building and challenging projects. I was sad to Leave Fort Wayne but happy to move on.
