Friendly atmosphere, great health insurance, fast paced job that keeps you engaged and moving during the day.

Cons

Management does not care about their employees opinions or feedback. Management seems to have been doing things in the same way for a long time and doesn’t seem to see any problems with what they’re doing. Lack of empathy and kindness from them.

Staff friendly, new technology, pay was fair. I liked my work hours.

Cons

From the first day they said, "you should feel lucky you were chosen to work here" Travelers were canceling contracts left & right. Many said it was one of the worst places they worked. They quickly changed how we cared for COVID patients taking away more nurses to gave us "floaters" from other departments who needed hours. All they could do was run items to the outside of your room. This was at Randallia, which is forgotten about. They also ask you to donate to them a lot. They definitely put the profit in "not for profit". Overall wasn't a great experience for me.

I met some pretty awesome people over the years. Some of them even became very close friends. I will never regret the experience but I am glad I no longer work there.

Cons

My biggest issue was with the upper level management. They were always changing policies and procedures without consulting the people who worked in the area. Some things were beneficial but others were pointless and not needed. Management had never worked this position and had no way of knowing if the change was needed or not.
