Good coworkers to work with Good dental insurance

Cons

Very political, medical insurance is trash, if not a nurse parkview will not recognize you (pay, premium pay, added bonus, raise, sign on bonus) will not even be close to equal that of what nurses get, over worked understaffed, no discipline to bad workers and good workers leave, community hospitals are left to fend for themselves while main reaps the benefits, terrible management decisions. Stop making patients pay an outrageous amount of money compared to peers.

Cons

This is the most unethical company that I've ever worked for. There was blatant law breaking. Upper management does not care about anything except profits.
