Clinical team (docs and coaches) is talented and most truly care and want to make a difference in healthcare! Pay was fair.

Cons

High levels of clinician and coach burnout due to PH trying to scale a functional health model. Systems and processes were always changing. There were a number of rounds of layoffs during my 3 years there which took a toll on team morale.
