Fun work environment if you get along with your co-workers, lots of opportunity/encouragement to move up in the company

Cons

Rarely got breaks throughout the day, being a behavior therapist is a LOT and can be very tiring because you're 1:1 with a kid all day everyday.

Rewarding career

Pros

Help children through play on a daily basis. Friendly rehab department. Friendly staff. Day hours. Company continues to grow (pros and cons with this). Extremely rewarding career. I look forward to going to work.

Cons

The biggest con is that pay is a base pay and raises are not given for performance, experience, or work ethic, just a yearly raise (and everyone with the same title gets the same). Lower pay compared to other businesses and healthcare facilities in the area. Challenging (but rewarding). Limited growth opportunities within the rehab department.

This place gives you a great experience working with kids with different abilities. A ton of experience working with assistive communication technology.

Cons

This job can be overwhelming due to helping Clients with challenging behaviors daily.
