The kids. They are awesome to work with and it's rewarding to view their continued accomplishments.

Cons

HR Manager. She will show up from time to time and act like your friend and confidant, but then turns your words around and next thing you know you are in trouble with the center manager and she is behind it all.

Staff and kids great, management not so much

The kids and your fellow staff are great. Resources and trainings are also top notch

Cons

Job expectations vs pay sucks. You’re rewarded for time and loyalty with the company not your level of knowledge or training which I disagree with considering the field. Theres a definite disconnect between Upper management and employees.
