Working with the kiddos, making lasting friendships with coworkers, amazing coworker support

Cons

They don't train all employees on physical intervention strategies when a child gets extremely aggressive (only a select few people get trained), very taxing at times but that's a given at this job, lacks management support but thank goodness for great coworkers
