Awesome on the ground people, suit and tie higher ups that see $ instead of kids

-The kids and most of the staff they can manage to keep are awesome -lots of autonomy and freedom -quality trainings -fast advancement -great right out of college job

Cons

-poor pay -poor leadership -unqualified people in higher level positions -high turn over rates -understaffing is a reoccurring constant problem -promotions are given based on time you’ve been with their company not based on the level of schooling or certifications you hold -really gossipy -poor communication and training with parents -lack of transparency -over worked and underpaid -unclear/unrealistic job expectations

Amazing staff and kiddos Good starting job in field

Cons

Management is very disconnected from the day to day of their staff Decisions made that aren’t in best interest of their staff or kiddos Improper handling of positive COVID staff and penalizing other employees for taking time to go get tested Terrible pay in comparison to similar jobs at other centers
