Two week extensive ABA/center training, understanding and supportive supervisors, great coworkers, adorable kids, fast-pace environment

Cons

Frequent turnover can make the environment chaotic, no sick days - it comes out of your PTO

Pros

Partners truly cares about their staff and the children/family they serve! They are constantly providing treats for staff to show how much they care about us! Partners works hard to provide wonderful services as well as caring supervisors. My supervisor is always available to me and is always willing to answer my questions and offer support if I am struggling. I love how passionate everyone I work with is about the kids and how we work to also support the children in their homes by family meetings. I feel truly cared about by Partners and my pod.
