Pros

Great training which prepares you to be on direct with the clients. I enjoy working with a variety of clients which makes each day different. I enjoy seeing the progress with the clients and making a difference for their families.

Cons

Turnover is very high. Staff typically only stay a year and then move on to higher paying jobs. Partners should focus on creating alternative roles in the company to keep staff longer who are pursuing higher education.

Pros

- The kids are amazing - Worked with some great people, gained a lot of friendships -Gained some great experience right out of college

Cons

- Severely understaffed and overworked. - Upper management is terrible. Their main priority is money, not the kids or staff. This has led to them making very questionable, unethical decisions. - Staff are severely undervalued. They show no appreciation towards dedicated employees.

Pros

Being employed and saying you have a job. No other pros.. not even for benefits or employee appreciation. Once in a blue moon you'll get a pack of gum for doing a nice job.

Cons

- low pay - 51 cent raise every year- hard to make a livable wage - get mentally and physically abused to a bloody point at times- no supervisor cares. - feels like a middle school atmosphere with supervisors talking to your co workers about you instead of them being direct. - CEO cares about money making- not employees or clients/ cutting corners to make the most profit - If you are looking for a healthy atmosphere this is not it!!!! A full turnover rate plus some within ONE YEAR.
