We just released a new structure for our Behavior Therapist positions that offers new compensation rates, as well as an outline for advancement opportunities. Working with the kiddos, making lasting friendships with coworkers, amazing coworker support

Cons

They don't train all employees on physical intervention strategies when a child gets extremely aggressive (only a select few people get trained), very taxing at times but that's a given at this job, lacks management support but thank goodness for great coworkers
