The kids and therapists are great. The mission is really admirable

Cons

The perpetuated culture and values are a complete sham. This is a toxic place to work as is evident by the insanely high turnover rate at all levels and departments, even Executives. Partners doesn't care about their staff at all and it's unsafe for both staff and clients. They can't keep people here at all. This is not somewhere you want to work.

As you pointed out, our clients and therapists are great and the work we do here at Partners is life-changing. The turnover rate for this industry is high, and Partners is below the average. We care about all staff, and have continued to add in new ways to show this. We take safety concerns very seriously, so if you feel there is anything unsafe occurring please report this to your Center Manager so we can address it right away. Hours are nice and all staff are very helpful and kind. They work with your schedule, especially for part time workers/ students.

Cons
