We are working hard to improve overall communication and benefits to our employees through our new newsletter, new incentive programs, and a new payroll system. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We truly appreciate your time spent at Partners and wish you the best in your future. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the clients we work with, had ample training and have had the opportunity to move up within the company. It is great to see staff grow and progress in their career and I am proud we were a part of that for you. We have many ways to communicate with each other, whether its through email, internal memos, newsletters and just talking with each other! It is always our goal to over communicate so that everyone is in the loop with anything that may directly affect them. I would like to hear more from you and hear your ideas for ways that we can communicate better with you. As the company has grown, it has been harder to get to know each and every staff person, but every one here is truly valued! We have some exciting growth and changes coming up in the next year and hope to remain both an outpatient ABA center, as well as the "Best Business" in 2018 and beyond.
