We have an awesome group of staff and are proud of the services we provide. Partners in Excellence has grown steadily and we are always striving to be the best Autism treatment center in Minnesota. Due to the nature of this job, the turnover can be higher compared to other jobs not in the human service field. It takes unique, hard-working individuals to work with families and children with Autism. Additionally, our turn over can be high due to the fact that often career experience is gained at Partners in Excellence while further education may be taking place. We have recently reviewed our pay to ensure that we are competitive with our salaries.
