I am so glad to hear you are enjoying the people you work with, as well as your Supervisor. We are working hard to improve overall communication and benefits to our employees through our new newsletter, new incentive programs, and a new payroll system. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We hope that Partners in Excellence was truly a life changing experience for you! I am so glad to hear you enjoyed your co-workers and developed some great relationships with the children and families you worked with. In regards to pay, our pay is competitive to the market in which we work. As this is something that can change frequently, we do our best to review often to ensure we are comparable to other companies within this field and area.
