Great trainings. Rewarding working with the kids. Lots of mentoring and guidance especially the first 3 months but continuing on. A team approach. Several opportunities for personal, professional and financial growth especially during the first year as an ABA therapist.

Cons

Wages start off a little low but within the first year there are opportunities for raises

Great behavioral experience that's highly rewarding but treated with lack of respect.

Partners provides extensive onboard training and ongoing feedback that helps you become a skilled behavioral therapist.

Cons

Staff are often not respected as professional adults. Supervisors are overly critical and tend to micro-manage.

worst employer i've ever worked for.

kids are fun to work with, and it's great to see progress they make.

Cons

management will string you along by telling you there are opportunities for advancement. there aren't. partners expects you to be a professional and provide an extremely valuable and important service to kids and families- and then penalize you for taking care of your own child, or for punching in 2 seconds late. overall, management is overly negative and doesn't appreciate their employees. they don't have to, because there is an endless slew of new psych graduates ready and eager for their first job. warning to you: don't go there, you'll regret it.
