Extremely kind colleagues who are helpful and want their teammates to succeed.

Cons

Can’t figure out reporting for sales team. Business review data is impossible to pull and takes hours. Feels like a second rate small company that is trying to be big and can’t figure it out. Trying to figure out where the company is headed. Very disorganized from a sales leadership viewpoint. Put extreme value on equity, rather than paying employees on front end.

Cons

PartsSource is growing quickly and expanding how we deliver solutions to our customers. While some might see the rate of growth we are experiencing as a con due to the rapid evolution of our company, it is truly a series of opportunities to deliver on our commitment to our customers and healthcare overall.
